School Groups

We would like to personally invite you and your class to spend some time on our farm. Bring your school group to Lone Star Family Farm & Corn Maze and let them get "in touch" with their food with a combination of education and fun! Not only will a visit to our farm provide this canvas for learning, but it could also present a great opportunity for your class to interact outside of the classroom early in your school year. We'll provide a day of hands-on experiences as they explore our farm, play, and learn about the importance of agriculture.

Part of our mission at Lone Star Family Farm & Corn Maze is to get young kids in touch with their food. The hayride wagon takes you and your class around our farm to our Pumpkin Patch and educational farming area where we have cotton that they can observe and touch. Your students will learn about important crops. We also have information throughout the farm explaining our equipment, farming techniques, and general agriculture information.

There are several activities for kids at Lone Star Family Farm. Our attractions include a 6-acre Giant Corn Maze, roping dummies, hayrides, and more. For a complete list of attractions, visit our Attractions page.

Preschoolers

With your Family or Group

Preschoolers are welcomed at Lone Star Family Farm & Corn Maze. We have activities suited perfectly for them! They'll be able to play in corn and sand-filled areas, jump and find their way through the Hay Bale Maze, take a hayride, and more. We love kids and focus on education through play, experience and entertainment.

Older Students

Elementary / Middle School / High School Groups

Students of all ages are welcomed at Lone Star Family Farm & Corn Maze. A visit here makes a great field trip for homeschool, public school, or private school students. Young and old alike should enjoy the Giant Corn Maze and other attractions including roping dummies, farm animals, and hayrides.

At Lone Star Family Farm & Corn Maze, we value education. Our philosophy is that education can be accomplished through play, experience, hands-on activities, and even entertainment.

Small Groups (Homeschoolers, Play Groups, etc.)

Fun & Learning Days on the Farm

Do you have a group with less than 25 students? Come on out to the farm on one of our special Fun & Learning Days, specially designed for homeschoolers, play groups, and other smaller groups.

Enjoy mingling with other groups as you enjoy all of our farm attractions. Come for all or part of the day. Enjoy a hayride with educational talk at one of the times listed below (available on a first come, first serve basis). Pre-registration is required.

Field Trip Reservations

Fall Field Trips can be booked exclusively during the week. Please note that reservations are required. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the date you'd like!
